Spacious and comfortable chalet on Ski Mountain in Chalet Village with 3 bedrooms with 3 Queen beds and 2 futon sofa's, 3 baths and will sleep 10! Main level with a bedroom with queen bed and hall bath, bedroom with queen bed and full bath in bedroom, living room with cable tv, full kitchen, dining room, deck to enjoy the view, WIFI, Electric Fireplace. Lower level with bedroom with queen bed, hall bath, futon sofa, large game room with a pool table and futon sofa, stereo and TV and a washer/dryer. Swimming pool and tennis court access in season. NON-SMOKING UNIT!!!!! If you smoke in the unit...you will be charged a $200 fee. THIS CHALET DOES NOT ALLOW PETS!! Winter Weather Warning: The elevation at Life's a Bear Retreat is nearly the same as the lodge at nearby Ober Gatlinburg ski resort. In case of inclement winter weather, 4 wheel drive and/or chains are advised. We recommend checking the weather and webcam at Ober Gatlinburg to determine the weather conditions here. The City of Gatlinburg does an excellent job of keeping the roads open in winter, but in case of heavy snowfall, it may take a day or more to make roads safe for travel. When staying here in the winter, it is advised that you bring extra supplies just in case.
