Our Policies

Front Office

  • Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

  • You must be 25 or older to make a reservation.

  • To hold your reservation, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.  Balance is due 7 days before arrival.

  • We cannot accept personal checks, however, we do accept U.S. cash, U.S. Travelers Checks, MasterCard or Visa.
  • Two weeks cancellation notice required for refund on 1 to 3 bedroom units, 30 day notice on 4, 5, and 6 bedroom units, and 60 day notice on the 13 bedroom lodge. No deposit returned unless proper notice is given. 90% of the deposit, minus the $50 processing free will be refunded. Money cannot be refunded because of weather conditions.
  • Chains or 4 wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months in the event that inclement weather may occur.

  • Office is closed on Sundays.


  • Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. We’re closed on Sundays.
  • The only holidays our office is closed are Thanksgiving Day, November (last Thursday of the month) and Christmas Day, December 25.

Golf Reservations

Allow us to book your golf reservation. As a courtesy to our guests, we receive exclusive area discounts on golf.

Housekeeping Services

Units will be clean upon your arrival and are cleaned following departure. There is no daily maid service.
